David Overington, a senior transport planner with a specialist consultancy practice based in Brisbane, has joined the GM Consult team to collaborate on future projects.
David is an international consultant with over 25 years experience in the transport industry. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, providing transport-related advice locally as well as abroad in New Zealand, China, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, and Turkey.
David’s areas of expertise are network and service planning, demand forecasting, intelligent transport systems (ITS), policy, institutional and regulatory reform (and reform advice), procurement and competitive tendering, efficiency appraisal, service costing, and environmental planning.
