Between 2010 and 2020, GM Consult contributed to several major infrastructure programs including:
- More Trains, More Services (MTMS): Led the program delivery and service plan integration for the $1.5bn rollout of North West Metro services into the wider Sydney rail network.
- Medium Term Rail Development Plan (MTRDP): Provided end-to-end program and scenario planning to guide future rail infrastructure investment and service design.
- WestConnex and Transport Shared Services: Delivered tailored SharePoint-based program management solutions to support project governance, risk management and reporting.
- Hunter Valley Coal Network and Maitland to Minimbah Third Track: Provided project and program management services on key freight rail upgrades for ARTC.
- North West Rail Link: Developed governance, safety and assurance systems and deployed project collaboration tools for Transport for NSW.
- Northern Beaches BRT and Wynyard Station Upgrade: Delivered strategic planning, concept design and business case support for major public transport projects.
Since 2020, GM Consult has focused on the development of a digital marine data display system under our SCADYS.IO brand.
