GM Consult was today appointed by the NSW Ministry of Transport to review capital costs for the short-listed options for the North West Rail Link Extensions (NWRLX).
The review will build on earlier work undertaken for the NWRLX, enhanced by additional information on typical construction costs obtained from the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) and the Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation (TIDC).
